Exactly. One hole is "keyed" slightly out of pattern, so it should only fit the one way.
Use LocTite #242 (or equivalent) on the screws for the flexplate and the torque converter! Flexplate screws are 1/2"-20x5/8" with a "place" style head, and torque converter screws are M10-1.5x20m/m with a "place" style head (NB: standard hardware store replacements will not work. I've found high-quality replacement flexplate screws through ARP, but I haven't dug up torque converter screws yet...)
