Default Fixed the door locks a week ago, down again!

Hey guys, I recently came into my first XJ and I'm new to the forum! It's a 1999 XJ Limited. 4.0 4x4. This isn't my first jeep as I have owned the YJ previously. My door locks would unlock but not lock from either side. I read the threads on door lock problems and came to the conclusion my problem was within the passenger side control module. I replaced it with a junkyard find last week and fixed the problem. My doors began locking from the driver or passenger module. Now today I was replacing the driver side module to try and fix the problem of all my windows not working except off the driver module. (Assumed my problem was within the window lock feature). When I swapped the factory one with the junkyard find my windows NOR my door locks would work on any door but the driver. So I assumed I bought a defective module. I returned my original part to the door panel and NO CHANGE. My windows only work off the driver module and NOW my locks won't work either. It's as if I never changed my passenger module. I have no idea where to start now. Any help would be great.

Do they make a new part? I only see used ones available online. The modules I picked up are supposed to be good parts.

That link takes me to the actual lock mechanism, and some trim parts. That's not the part I am changing.
