here is a full review and yes they are a decent M/T if ur DD'n it and want a good all around tire then go for it seems like a good deal...and if you are talking about rock crawler 152 series rims then its a hell of a deal since they go for 250 a piece

i run firestone destination m/ts on my 4.5" lifted xj: 235/85/16 on ford ranger rims, love em. very grippy both on and off road. not too much road noise as far as m/ts go. I've put roughly 10,000 miles on mine and they dont look like they've worn a bit. The treads stay clean even in packy snow, I really like these tires and will definetly recommend them.

They are middle of the road for noise... not as little as some.. but not as noisy as some...
I run a 33 x 12.5 x 15... and if I was still DDing my Xj, I would probably step down a size or two. They tend to float a bit in heavy rain.
