Well after having ongoing problems with my engine, we finally rebuilt it (for the second time) the right way; boring out the cylinders and getting oversized pistons. The pistons are .06 in? or cm? over. So do I have like a 4.1 L engine?

Anyway, it feels good to have my jeep back and all healthy again. It has been a long and stressful 4 weeks, going between school, lacrosse practice, and work without my own personal car.

I love the way it sounds now, I can really tell the difference, and I feel like my jeep is starting to like me a bit more now that I gave it some TLC.

I'm trying to avoid checking the air filter, because we had really bad blow by problems, and I'm hoping that it has been fixed now.

Now on to lifting it!! (once I get the funds)

Funny are Jeeps do that to us. Hope you get a extra 200,000 miles out of it.

 

I would hope that the full rebuild would solve the blowby problems!
