If you decide not to go with a full conversion into 4x4. I would suggest a locker for the 4x2. My uncle and I went into many a wooded area in only his 2 wheel Pick-up, some places the 4x4 owners we met could not believe we were out there. We learned to keep the wheels on solid ground and stay out of other vehicles ruts when off roading. If necessary check out the mud and water holes before venturing through them. Carry a come-a-long, chains and shovel for insurance. Stupidity is the greatest teacher. You'll learn not to do it again the next time. Good luck and have a great time in your jeep.
