Fender trimming! Help!

So I just got some new tires and they rub a little. I don't want to completely take off my fenders, just some minor trimming could I see some pics of your guys minor trimming?

Looks like the first cut is about the same on both. I just put a bigger lift so I may have to trim a bit more at full flex...idk..I already have custom tire siping
Biggest problem i had was gettin the back cut and folds look like a straight cut(lots of hammer time). And the front fender will flop in and out a bit so try to find something to keep it steady...
