Fender trimming help

i just used a 5 inch grinder with thin cutting disk and carved my lines in the metal before actually cutting through. then just cleaned up any hard lines with a grinding disk.
i've also had good results using a sawzall by just shortening the blade so i can keep the feet against the fender.
but here's my grinder job. i just covered the cut metal with door edge trim, available from any auto store.

Stock Trimmed flares with bumpstops here



used an air reciprocating saw on mine, best tool for trimming sheet metal and plastic.
This is the one I own

I can run 35's with mine.
