Default Fender Flare Question

I recently purchased OEM replacement fender flares made by Rugged Ridge. These are supposed to fit into existing holes and match the factory body style. I have a '95 Cherokee Sport, nothing modified except the front bumper.
The plastic fender flares do not match the body molding. I have talked with Rugged Ridge Customer Support and they are perplexed over this issue. The parts don't seem to match up on either the bolt holes or fit smoothly against the jeep body.
Has anyone else had this problem?

that is correct. Back fender flares fit okay, but front does not.

they are for a '97, eh?
