x2 on replacing motor mounts asap! When on the gas the motor rises and the mounts are what keep it in place. Easy repair on these...a bolt, a stud with a nut on it, and the big bolt and nut. just got to have some finess with the jack

For anyone in the future who has the same problem. My driver side motor mount was toast. I replaced it and then grabbed a new fan shroud. The problem has gone away! No clicking or rubbing whatsoever. Thanks for the help guys.
