You could unplug the fan and use a couple jumper leads to test it off the battery. Just "spark" it. Hold one lead to the negative and quickly swipe the positive just to see if the motor spins for a second. If it spins you'll have to work backwards with a VOM or test light.

The next thing would be check all the fuses. Use a test light with the key on. Be sure to test both sides of the fuses.

You can also check the relay base with the light. One pin should have 12V when the key goes on. Another pin should have 12V when the AC is turned on.

I'm going to try to check it today after work. I let you know if I find the problem. Thanks.

Mine quit on me, it was the relay. You may want to swap the relay out with a known good one just in case.

Diagnose diagnose diagnose! Before you throw parts at it try to isolate the problem. Hotwire your fan to make sure the motor works. Hotwire the plug in your relay to see if youre getting power from there. Loop your temp sensor to make sure that's working. I don't have the wiring diagram on front of me but it may also be in the ac system. Can't remember how they affect each other. If you use an organised methodical approach you will isolate the problem. Could be as simple as a loose wire at the relay connector

I ended up taking the jeep to pep boys to run a test it. Ended up being the radiator rusted and cloded , water pump, and the fan motor that I had replace was damaged.I end up working on it yetsday late afternoon when I got home from workam so far I got about. 85 percent done. The rest is going to be done today.
