I bought a GMB fan clutch off of RockAuto as a replacement. When I installed it, the fan now hits the AC condenser. The only way it doesn't is it the fan is installed backwards (concave portion of fan blades towards radiator). I measured old vs new and everything seemed the same. What gives?

return it to rock auto, go to napa and purchase a replacement and install. that should do it if is installed correctly.

 

I just noticed it's a reverse rotation. Damn! Thanks for the reply though
