Fan clutch:

Loosen the three 13mm-headed nuts holding the fan to the bearing.
Remove the drive belt.
Remove the two 8mm-headed screws from the fan shroud.
Remove the 13mm-headed nuts and pull the fan and shroud out.
Flip the fan over and remove the 13mm-headed bolts that hold the fan to the clutch.
Repeat in reverse...

Fuel filter:

Pull the fuel pump relay and start the engine to relieve fuel pressure... it will stall.
Remove the gas cap.
Jack up the rear and support with stands.
The fuel filter is on the left, above the diff.
Remove the hoses and remove the 3/8"-headed screw that holds the filter bracket to the frame.
Replace the filter and clamps... check for leaks before you let it down.

edit: try to keep the gas from flowing into your armpit... it stings.

Hey quadracer, don't you have the CSF 3-row radiator like I have? Mine caused me some clearance issues when installing my new fan clutch. The rad is a little thicker than stock of course, and also the TorqFlo fan clutch that AZ sells is thicker than stock, too. So those two issues combined meant that there was not enough clearance to get the new clutch over the studs on the pulley. Had to take the radiator crossmember loose and lift that side of the radiator out of its mount and push forward about an inch to allow the clutch to fit over the studs. When it all goes back together there's clearance for it all to operate just fine. Not too bad, just a little hassle.
