I have looked but have not seen any source. They would need to be reupholstered by an interior shop. The seats in my 98 have been reupholstered but they were not done right. They look great but the shop over-stuffed them ruining the "bucket seat" feel and making them like individual bench seats where the seat part is actually domed upward instead of scooped like a bucket seat. I don't like it at all. It's hard to describe but feels kinda like sitting on a beach ball. Keep that in mind when you source an interior shop.

OEM seat covers and cushions are discontinued. I have seen some covers, mostly seat back covers at sites that deal in OEM parts only. Colors and what seats they fit is super random.

Not necessarily true.
Just depends on what you are looking for.
This appears to be available.

https://www.moparsuperstore.com/oem-...w2LWdhcw%3D%3D

Problem is the parts catalog gets a little confusing here. Cause of the trim codes.
Now that part number is in my '00 parts catalog.
So that means it is Agate. Which means '99 to '01.
Now I have no idea what bottom that is. Obviously not leather.
But if I had to guess that is for the one piece bucket.
Might also be the same one used it the cloth removable headrest seat too though.
And looks like it comes with new foam.

Nice find. I have a 99 classic. I have the cloth removable headrest seats. That does appear to be the same seat bottom that’s on my seat. I’ve hunted for the drivers seat bottom cushion with no luck. A little pricey, but it’s certainly an option. My seat is power and in great condition except for that one cushion. New quality seats are just not in the budget and used seats are just that. Mostly junk unless you get lucky. I’ve searched for seats out of newer model wrecked vehicles and people still want a ton of money for them. On top of that, the mods to make them fit and function properly.

Thanks for the info

Now is the bottom to a removable cloth headrest seat different then the bottom of a one piece bucket?
I don't know. I doubt the shape, size, etc is different. But what might be different is the pattern on the fabric.
If you look at #5 in the first shot you see all the frames, despite the trim codes, have only 2 part numbers.
Right and left. So that is why I figure the shape and size are not different.
But when looking at the actual cover with the foam see all the choices. #6.
My point to all this is I wonder if using your VIN on these Mopar sites might narrow it down.
Also I never looked but I wonder if the trim code is on the white sticker on the drivers door.
Where the manufacture date is.

My color code is XJK5. It’s camel. Yeah it looks like the bottoms are physically the same for both style seats. If I’m not mistaken, but I probably am, the part number for my XJ is rg73 1k5aa. It’s in stock for a mere $594.00. It’s pretty confusing and I’m thankful I never worked in the parts department. Every time I try to enter my VIN on one of these sites it gets rejected. Searching the number didn’t come up with anything that didn’t say discontinued on other sites. The price difference is strange but oh well. I really only need a cushion but the hog rings in the center are embedded in the cushion on a rod. If I opt for this I can work around it. I appreciate your help Ralph. Thanks

The down side to LeatherSeats.com is they do not make a cover for the back seat. I spoke with them a week or so ago and you would have to send in your cover and they would use it to make you something for the back. The fun surprise part is you wonk know the $$ until they are done.

Update. This seat bottom isn’t available and is discontinued. I don’t know about the other seat related part numbers.

Allmoparparts.com and its many different iterations is fake news, they show the part in stock, take you money then refund it a week later. For those looking at leather, katzkin makes front and back at around 800$

That happens from time to time.
Has to me a few times too.
While I am not really happy how they come for your money real quick and then take forever to credit it.
What really bugs me is that you found the part you want. Or at least you thought.
You are all happy and whatnot.
Just to be denied in the end. LOL.
