For some reason I remember ford using wider leaf springs then chevy or jeep. I know the chevy drop shackles work, I have been using them on my MJ's for yrs, back before they were cool to build. I have been wheeling and building MJ's since 2004. I guess if they are the same width I dont know why it would work.

keep in mind you wanna keep a good shackle angle too cant remember now who makes em but there are adjustable shackle mounts out there you can get they are said to give you 1.5 inches lift and will allow your springs to droop better when flexing

I know K5 Blazer rear shackles are pretty long stock I don't know if they are the same width spring though. also along with this if they are the same it would appear a stock XJ shackle would give the older Chevy models a nice lift for the rear.
