Yes.... but they are VERY stiff. The ride is beyond harsh.
Back in the 70's Ford used one spring for all F-150's whether they had a 300ci or one of the V-8's. Once you get into the 80's they started using differing springs in the F-150's.

It really depends on your particular tastes. The F-150 coils are stiff and they ride awful. If that is going to bother you than get the 4" lift coils tailored to the XJ. If it won't go for the F-150 coils....
Remember an F-150 is a full frame, full size truck. They are MUCH heavier than our Cherokees. The springs were made to take their weight plus a share of the trucks payload weight.

Im not really worried about the ride so much Im used to driving a Chevy k30 on 40' TSL's rode like *** and loved it. Driving my Cherokee is much different just want to make sure I'm not gonna damage anything in the long run and its safe to drive every day

I wouldn't want to drive it on the highway with Ford coils in it. The spring rate could lead to a loss of control of the front axle.

Whowey I had a F150 set of coils from a '78 on my 96 that I hunted with and drove it over 100 miles to the hunting camp and never had a highway problem. The washboard dirt roads were uncomfortable but it was never built to be a Cadillac on the trails and paths at the hunting camp. Used S10 rear leaves and 30" Cooper Discovers. Sold it to my buddy when I left Georgia but it was still being driven last fall and was thinking of putting a winch on the front last I heard.
