I had a Thrush welded, but a baffle came loose inside it. I have read that this also happens sometimes to Flowmaster's.
I ended up putting a regular Cherry bomb on my jeep & It's not that loud.
Still sounds like a jeep too. If you are running a cat, then it's gonna be even quieter.
