Are you looking for a replacement header or a performance header? Did your's crack? I believe the 91 header will require a new down pipe as it is a different shape than the 87-90. Also, there's a tube that comes out of it that is the EGR and connects to the intake manifold. If you need to keep EGR to pass emissions, you will have to add the tube onto the 91 header as it won't have the connection. The large flexible tube is just the preheater for cold mornings.
If all you are looking to do is fix a failed header, Dorman, ATP and Omix-Ada make a replacement one that should be a direct fit.

You've got EGR. A 91 and later will fit, but mods need to be made like replacing the downpipe, adding an O2 sensor bung to the down pipe, and adding an EGR bung to the manifold.
