Can you clarify your problem? It seems like you are wanting to fix a rod knocked and broken engine that won't rev past 3000 rpm.

Won’t rev over 3000k rpm’s. Is it the fuel pressure switch? I changed TPS same result. Happened over night. Shouldn’t be cats. Help. Can’t find obd1 scanner for help codes. Did the key turn for flashing lights on dash
12, 21, 71, and 11.

You can look up OBD1 codes to see what those codes mean..

11 No ignition reference signal detected during cranking OR timing belt skipped one or more teeth; OR loss of either camshaft or crankshaft position sensor.
12 Battery or computer recently disconnected
21 Oxygen sensor signal doesn't change (stays at 4.3-4.5V). Probably bad oxygen sensor
