I have a 1987 Comanche with the AMC 2.5 I4 TBI w/ 250,000 miles on it. I decide to go with an used engine rather than a remanfacture one. I rec'd it today and I got a 2.5 I4 MPI not what I ordered. My mechanic is on vacation for the rest of the week. So, can anyone tell me if this will be a plug and play swap or will it take many mods to swap.

 

You will need the harness and pcm for that motor or one compatible,your harness does not even have the injector wires on it. there is many upgrades and additions to the mpi version.
