Replaced IAC and TPS. Still has a rough idle and cuts back while driving. This is beginning to be rather expensive.

 

Welp. Finally got the o2 sensor codes fixed, CEL went away but still a noticable rough idle. The needle stays in the general area of the first tach mark under the 1k mark but it doesnt stay in one place. It bounces slightly and the engine is vibrating the whole truck smooths out when driving but at an idle it wants to fluctuate.
