Default Engine oil for a 2001 Cherokee Sport?

my xj has 156,XXX on it and i just changed the oil and oil filter yesterday and it seems that its leaking worse now, i dont know if its the rear main oil seal or something but i put in 5 quarts of castol gtx high mileage (SAE 10W-30) with trishield?

i was wondering is this oil bad? or good?

Well then it's good. Can you tell where it is coming from? Look at the valve cover make sure it isn't coming down the block from up top and looking like a rear main.
