engine just shuts off

Default engine just shuts off
Have a 2000 4.0 ATK reman, after running stop and go in town for a bit it will just randomly shut down, it will start up again but i want to stop this from happening, any ideas out there on what this might be

no theres no light on, could there still be codes even though lights not on?
