Default confirm

so your saying yours would bog down when not hitting the gas? as mine is, how did you come to this conclusion? several people said it could be a blown head gasket and such, but my oil is coming out relativly new just changed a numerous amount of parts and asked myself if o2 sensor could cause this, or the temp sensor, but how did you reveal the throttle sensor (im asking cause its the more pricey part lol)

when i wuz at a red light or stop sign it would clunk out when i hit the gas ,changed spark plugs, roter disributer cap an fuel filters, an four bottles of that water remover, an still did clunked out.may be differnt problem???but when i changed the throtle sensor it fixed the problem,my mechanic told me to change that wich happens to be my dad, free labor, plus he has the snap-on scanner thing ,an thats why i chaanged the coolant sensor

Cool I guess ill try it I mean ive already spent a few hundred ill let yall know If it fixes my problem, i know my sensor is going bad for the coolant beacuase my little fan never comes on not even when i turn on the ac. im guessing the throttle sensor just closes the intake too much and so kills air coming in the motor? cause mine happens like when im driving in my driveway not hitting the gas it dies, as well as at a light or sign. i dont mean to question your dad, so i shall try it. and i thank you for your help!

well heres the story, changed the idle sensor and now its overheating when i drive 5 feet. also the bogging is continuing, have yet to change the tps and will do such tommorow but now the overheat is the bigger problem.ps just changes the housing above the water pump due to it leaking, but it no longer leaks could it just need a air bleed?

Default well...

okay so i have yet to replace the tps, butttt, i went ahead and flushed radiator and poof the engine stopped overheating and the gauge went to 260, so i just kept on driving and said what the heck then it went back to 220 which is a bit higher than norm but im installing a new gauge to check and so it doesnt mess up like my gauges have. so far runs good too no bog down. it idles low but all else is good hasnt died since. so next time ima gunna stick to normal servicing and such first. the thing is i just put in a new radiator so i ruled out the flushing

Exclamation bad news

hey ya so i thought everything was fixed but i came up to maine(i didnt trust to drive it) and i turned it on but again it overheated then boged down and then was hard to start. stupid me was looking around the wiring and there it was a 1 inch diameter hole in one of the vacuum lines. and when i mess with the fuel injector plugs on the right (facing engine) and i could tell it would get better then worse ect (6) and it sounds when i disco #1 nothing happens. clogged? all others make a bog down efect but not 1 and 6 is touchy. replace wires and connecters? i have a ripped out harness but some colors are different and one has more wires ect but ill figure it out. any ideas?
