Can a engine harnes without the C101 replace a harnes that has the connector? And are there any other different's in the 89-90 renix engine wiring?

There are some differences. Howzabout just soldering the wires at the c101 and eliminating it?

I just needed to know if i could swap the harness out with one another without it running weird.

I have no c101... looks like the previous owner dealt with that problem...

It sure does look like they dealt with it. But, are those blue butt connectors near the firewall?
