Default Engine cutting out

So lately the Jeep has developed a new trick. It doesnt happen all the time but seems to be happening more often. When I am at low speed the jeep will suddenly just stop running(its happened 4 times: 3 while parking and one while sitting in traffic.) At first there was no warning like some dramatic sputtering, but last night when I was pulling into a parking spot I noticed a very slight rumble before it cut out. Some things I am considering:
1) the fuel pump has been making noise. I have a new one on deck for when this kicks it.
2) i recently replaced the injectors with rebuilt 746s from jhc
3) i recently did the cruiser ground upgrades including the fuel pump which helped make the noise go away for a bit but now it comes back sometimes.
4) i am running a 428 ecu, could this be related to a bad ecu?
5) only happens at low speed with little or no throttle. Low idle without sufficient fuel = engine shut off?
6) also he starts right back up like nothing ever happened.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
