Multi-meter with built in DC amp clamp. Some wire with alligator clips to use as an emergency ground connection. A small wire brush and an ignition/contact file (little files used for cleaning various electrical contacts. Some small wire (usually a coil of safety wire) for making relay jumpers.

Last but not least! Take some pictures of reference material, such as important wiring diagrams for your starting/charging system. PDC and fuse box diagrams. As well as various important pinout diagrams for sensors and other component connectors. Then have those available on your phone.

Though not just electrical, two diag tools I keep on board are a wireless capacitance spark tester (place it against plug or coil wire and it will indicate spark) and a fuel pressure gauge. These can really help set the proper troubleshooting direction quickly.

Glad you figured it it quickly.
It's a seemingly true statement. It took me 20 minutes to find it as I was thinking immobiliser (scorpion aftermarket) at first.

Even though I am pretty backward with phones, can we not download the FSM as a pdf file?

a small multimeter is an addition I think will fit in easy

I also carry a 3-ton floor jack, bench vise, torque wrench, 20-ton hydraulic press, 10-inch table saw, 4x8 foot sheet of 3/4" exterior grade plywood, 72 inch plasma TV, and a Chap-Stick.

I also carry a roll of toilet paper, soap & water.

This was incredibly handy when a passenger had the misfortune to literally poop their panties

Y'know, that little shack with the "Dunny" sign is actually a "Crapper". If you use that, IMO your laundry chores might be a little more pleasant.
