Hey folks
Haven't been on here in awhile. I've got a 93 sport that has been giving me problems, electronically, lately.
The other day I noticed the dome light wasn't coming on and my radio would reset to 12:00 every time I started the Jeep. Now, added to those two issues, my power windows dont work.
The weird thing is now the dome light and windows work at start up after it's been sitting awhile, just to stop working after several minutes.
The battery appears fine, at least the gauge says so. I was thinking alternator but the battery would be affected.

Blower fan and turn signals affected also by chance?

I've done a variety of work to this Jeep over the past 5 years since I bought it. From installing a trailer hitch to replacing a steering pump.
A couple years ago I had to replace the ignition switch on the column. About 3 months ago I was having trouble starting it. It would take several tries before turning over. All of a sudden the problem went away and haven't had any issues since.
I say this because today I was out running errands with the wife and my electrical problems went away.
The dome light works and power windows did not fail. I'm probably speaking too soon but wouldn't it be nice if my Jeep repaired itself like Steven Kings Christine?
