Electrical issue

Electrical issue
Instrument cluster, radio, interior lights and power locks all quit working at the same time. Happened when I was changing the dome light. I have checked all the fuses on the passenger side panel and they are all good. Any other ideas on what could be wrong? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
