Exclamation Electrical gremlin: Need Help!

Well, one month into owning my 94 XJ and I seem to have a gremlin somewhere. I was driving home yesterday when suddenly my dome light, door locks and radio went dead. my cigarette lighter and gauge lights still work. I checked all the fuses including the one in the radio and didn't see any that were bad. Any Ideas?

Fuse #9 feeds the radio, dome & courtesy lights, & door lock system, glove box light, etc. And fuse # 9 is fed from fuse F1 in the power distribution center, a 20 amp fuse....in the rear of the fuse layout...
The fuse layout is different from that pic of a '99 by the way.

I'll take a look when it gets above freezing. its currently 2 degrees with the windchill here and I have no garage. I can live without a radio for a while since the original ones (WWII GP) never had them lol

Do you have a electrical tester if the fuze is good you could check if you are getting power to the incoming side of the fuze

Also I would look for signs of rodents to see if they got in here and chewed up any wires
