So, I decided to stop being lazy and figure out why my blower motor isn't working, since it's a nice day out (61 and sunny, with not a cloud in sight. Sometimes, I love living in SC). I looked at the fuse panel under the dash, and noticed that there's no blower fuse, and then I actually looked at the panel, and noticed that it looks like this:

Does anybody know how this may have happened? Only thing I can think is that it had too much current running to it and burnt it up.

you need to replace that fuse panel...lol. I would also check for shorted out wires some where, trace wires from the fuse block if possible...I would tend to agree, it's almost as if someone at one point put too large of a fuse in there because the blower motor kept quitting, and then you have the end result of too large of a fuse.
