Engine: 4.7 stroker
So I got a 92 xj with 4.7 stroker less than 50 miles on it aw4 trans and have a no power to anything issues now, I’ve cleaned grounds changed battery cables new starter new ignition switch new neutral safety switch cleaned fuse box bulkhead connecter checked all fuses tried more than 1 battery and still have the same issue, if anyone has any insight on this problem it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well, you have certainly thrown enough money at it. It is time to take a voltmeter or test light and start from the battery and check for voltage on the far side of every connection. If you find no voltage somewhere, check preferably with a voltmeter on both sides of the connection. A good connection will show zero volts. A bad one will register voltage going through the meter to the other side

Tested starter ground and positive and they’re fine but the small brown wire in my starter isn’t reading anything with key off and key on, would that cause no power to anything including all accessories

The brown wire won't show any power until the key is cycled to the "start" position... Simply turning the key to "on" will not get any power...And no it won't cause the whole system malfunction but may be a symptom of the real problem... Keep going...LOL...

download service manual (from cruisers site i think)
refer circuit diagram
start with the PDC (power distribution centre) where all the big fuses are
the big wire going to that should have 12V, check each fuse tip
etc etc
