Hello everyone I have a 91 cherokee 4.0 that I just rebuild I put the header panel on today and the tried the headlights and they don't come on the tail and running lights work I also have no turn signals the dash lights up and the high beams and turn lights stay on but dim I replaced the steering column and I also had the change the tumbler any help would be appreciated

Sounds to me like the wiring going up through the steering column to the multi-function switch is shorted somewhere along the line. Do your windshield wipers work?

Yep, that wiring going to the multifunction switch probably got pinched and is shorted somewhere inside the steering column.
