EGR Vacuum solenoid missing

EGR Vacuum solenoid missing
So i just recently picked up a 1989 jeep cherokee. In an effort to fix it's vacuum issues i found out that the previous owner took the EGR Vaccum Solenoid out. I've been searching online for a couple weeks now, and can't locate a replacement. Does anyone know where I can find out?
