Yeah it was pretty simple...would have taken probably close to 45 mins total but I lost one of the screws for the water pump and took 15 mins to find the damn thing haha

yep and agrees with the former poster the old gasket can be a pain. took my time and went over everything. good luck. oh and sorry for the delay. was tied up at work and all the Christmas stuff lately.

I'm going the the same thins myself right now. My water pump locked up on me doing 75 MPH on the interstate. I just pulled the old pump out using the steps provided above as reference. Everything went pretty smooth.
I removed the water pump pulley as well to make the water pump mounting bolts more available. I was able to hold the pulley in place by prying back on it with a flat head screwdriver in between the 12 o clock and 1 o clock position facing the pulley.
