94 Xj 4dr w/ 4.5" RC lift (4.5" coils, extended sway bar links, full leaf packs, nrc9000 shocks, 1.5" TC drop), 31x10.5 goodyears, soft 8's, and RC HD steering stabilizer.
Installed the lift, haven't gotten an allignment yet bc I get paid bi weekly and don't have the money. My allignment is completely tanked (it was off before the lift) and every time I hit a bump over 10mph I get DW so bad I have to pull over. Both of my wheels point outward. On a flat road, I can get up to 70mph with no DW (highway speeds)
My question is, could the allignment be the sole reason for the DW or is it just making whatever it is worse?

yes you need an alignment. even on the RC instructions tell you to get one after you install it. should have figured that price into you budget because DW is dangerous to yourself and especially others. I would wait to drive it until you had the money

My question wasn't whether or not I needed an allignment; I knew for a fact I needed one. My question was if that would solve the DW issue. This doesn't feel like bump steer, as someone had suggested. I have experienced bump steer in the past, but the DW almost seems like the axle is rocking back and forth. I also didn't think my allignment would be this bad. I've lowered my cars before and it only turns the wheel a bit; this
is much worse.

Found the cause of my DW. Bad passenger side wheel bearing and bad allignment. Can't want to see what else is wrong once I fix this... wish me luck
