Default drove through some deep water..

Its raining like crazy here today, and our streets are completely flooded. So quite a few times i was truckin through water up to my bumper. And at one point i moved the shifter down to the 1-2 position and then my dash lights went out.. So i stopped at a gas station and found a burnt fuse, so i replaced it. After going through a bit more water and shifting it happens again..

Any idea why it would be popping this fuse like that? Im assuming something is getting wet.. but what?
