Default DRL module repair or where to get one cheap?

Any Canadian Jeepers know how to repair the DRL module on a 95 xj? Mines messed up so I had to unplug it because the high beams were stuck on even with the ignition off and keys out. Does anyone know how to fix this or where I can get one for less than $90 because that's a bit of an outrageous price for one plus the shipping, I'd say the junkyard but I don't live near many and the ones near me don't seem to ever have Cherokees. I'd just leave it be but I don't want the hefty fine for not having daytime running lights, such a stupid law.

Gotta love tariffs. Looked around on Canadian sites and the best I could find was 73 bucks, Canadian. Crazy difference, too bad about the taxes.

Yeah, did manage to find that model on eBay for 49.02 with 9.88 for shipping and 10.56 for import charges which is just shy of 70 bucks
