Default Driver's window rattles

2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport

I can't figure out which part it is that I need. When the driver's window is all the way open the window really rattles. When the window is completely closed there is no rattle. If I start to close the window - say 1" and hold the glass - no more rattle. So I need some sort of rubber seal (?) inside the door. Could some kind soul please tell me what that part might be called ? Thanks.

I am wondering if the window is bolted to the regulator tight. Easy enough to check.

Thanks for the video. The guy in the video makes it look 'easy' :-)

We did recently have the regulator serviced, and I did return to the shop and showed the guy the rattle. He kind of looked at me and said - ''so what" ?

Did it rattle before ? If not make them fix it right. Then find a new mechanic.

The glass rides in a felt type channel. That's about the only other cause besides what previous posted stated about loose bolts some where.

job seems easy enough, finding the right part for a 2door, seemed far harder than necessary, any mopar overstock site doesn't carry them anymore, was lucky enough to find one on ebay though
