Drivers side window problem

Drivers side window problem
The window on the drivers side of my 99 XJ is starting to roll up very slow and sometimes I have to pull it up as I am rolling it up with the button. I know there has been threads on here about different window problems so has anyone had anything like this happen.

It happens alot on xjs,I just pulled the door panel off and sprayed white lithium grease in the window channel and regulator,it worked great. The other solution is to get another motor.

slow window
I have the same problem on my passenger window, it goes down fast and comes up really slow, most of the time i have to pull it up...
