Default Drivers side REAR wheel wobbles

Somebody noticed recently that my drivers side rear wheel wobbles and in fact it does. Rim is fine, balance is fine (both checked at Tire Kingdom), so obviously its something to do with the axle right? Tire Kindom listed new rear axle and hardware as what I needed along with a 1k price tag so no thank you. They also said there is a good possibility some carrier bolt could break. I had another guy tell me the axle face where the lugs are could be bent. Anywho, any ideas of things for me to look for and is there a diy for this? BTW I have a 95 Jeep Cherokee 2wd, auto, and what I think to be a Dana 30

Have you properly torqued the lug nuts in a star (cris-cross) pattern?
