As i returned to work and went through the security barrier i went to close the power window and instead of a smooth close was met with a loud screech type noise and the window itself appear to be stuck in the same position.

All 3 other windows are working fine, its just this one. any ides how i can fix it?

Pull the inner door panel off. and lube up the moving parts. If it's still screeching, Your weatherstrips on either sides of the glass might be rock hard from age. They get old, brittle, stiff, also split (allowing rain into your doors and rusting them out.) If you need new ones, here is a site that has them for $9.99 apiece.
