I ended up finding four cracked solder joints, repaired them and everything now works great. The hardest part of the repair was carfully removing the switch caps without breaking them. The trick was to pry one side up with a small screwdriver and hold it up while prying the other side up. Be careful as they will fly across the room when they come loose. Also, neither of the mirror toggle switch caps need to be pryed off. They will stay attached to the cover when you remove it. Start to finish this fix took an hour.
