Driver door leak!

Driver door leak!
My 98xj driver door leaks and soaks my carpet when it rains hard. I have looked at the weather stripping and there is damage that I can see. Its obviously coming in somewhere, just can't find it. Suggestions on how to fix?

As long as nothing is twisted or bent up with the door or frame around the door, replacing the leaking door seal should fix the problem.
