Default drive train question help pleaseeee

so i am having and issue...when i put my jeep in to drive, automatic trans, it make a very hard jerk, just when it is under initial load, either in reverse or drive.. i just changed trans fluid and filter, it was doing it before i did the change, all fluid levers are fine, checked diff, and transfer...and it shifts fine going down the road..but its like a really hard jerk when you put it into gear the first time...any thoughts???
