Well i was having the same problem with my old driveshaft cuz it was bent so i got a brand new driveshaft with new u joints. i just replaced it and still making this weird noise! i have a video of it. im thinking maybe a bent yoke? does not sound like its coming from the diff. (i just replaced diff fluid and check diff and everything looked fine) from yoke to driveshaft. it does have a 4.5 ROugh country lift without a t case drop! can that be causing the problem and noise ! please help!

That could very well be the problem. Do feel any vibes at all? Do you have shackles or shims installed.

Ya i just posted the video. i had the back jacked and i can feel it vib, i bought the car with the lift installed and it just looked like they added a leaf. how can i tell they upgraded?

I did notice my driveshaft is not all the way in the tranny is that normal?

need better camera man but you can see drive shaft going up and down with noise reshoot video let shaft spin longer and shoot vid of shaft turn camera in correct direction

from 22 seconds on shaft wobbles,shims shackles or tc drip needs to be done

ya the pinion seems good , so best guess all that noise and spinning is from the shackle and not having a tc drop?. that noise makes a grinding noise :/
