do you know if you have the T steering setup or the Y?
it could be due to the setup on your vehicle, i know some do better with the T vs the Y and vise versa, you said you changed almost all the steering and suspension components you might have changed it without knowing.

Check for cracks around the steering box on the uni frame rail.
Is the jeep lifted at all? If so, caster could very well be an issue.
Whoever suggested taking the possible new owner of the jeep on "smooth roads" is an ******* and deserves to be slapped. Or at least ripped off. I hope your next vehicle is total lemon.

I am not sure of wether it is a T or a Y setup. It did the death wobble before I replaced the parts and it does it now. Is there a link on here to tell the difference?
In the process of replacing things I never noticed any cracking. I wondered about weakness or cracking at the body end of the track bar.
It's not lifted at all. Completely stock.

I was just kidding.
No lift, all those parts replaced... Steering box crack (sometimes the box has to be removed to see the cracking) or maybe cracks near the track bar bracket or maybe the bracket itself. If you're selling the jeep, maybe just be honest about the situation and move on. Bummer it's been such tough fix.
Sweet. Lemon wishes retracted.

I just don't want to junk it with so many new parts.
