Default Draining oil problem

O when i went to change my oil i drained it and half the oil came out it seemed and didnt drain all the way . Seems like there can be a clog or is my oil pump going im not shure. Also my oil pressure is all over the place on my gauge it drives fine.any input or ideas please im lost here

you may want to consider dropping the pan and rebuilding the oil pump, and clean all the gunk out of the pan. fill it back up with 5 quarts of oil and a can of seafoam, run it until it hits operating temp, then drain it out and change it with fresh oil. Everything should be good and cleaned out by then.
