What is the 205 out of? If it's Chevy you will have to swap the front axle also what tranny are you planning on running because I don't know of a kit to mount a 203 to a AW4. You would also need to build a second crossmember and new drive shafts front and rear.

There is a doubler for the NP231J, but I'm not sure what the other T-case is to be used for the doubler.

It was a different t-case, I glanced at the article in a magizine, but don't remember what t-case it was.

Just looked it up and found you use a Dana 300 or another 231 for a doubler.

And you can flip the 300 so it will work with driver side axles just has oiling issues.

I know that Lomax has a 3 to 1 kit for the 205 transfer case. I wasn't aware of anything for the 203. Who makes the gear sets for the 203?

What transmission are you planning on running because I can't find any adapters for the AW4 to 203. Also plan on some floor mods because that combo is a lot bigger than your factory case.

I am also planning on stiffing up the uni body and rockers along with a cage tied in to hopfully A, B, C, and D pillars well sumner machine works, formal wagnor machine systems was making them. I have the tooth couts and dia. figured out and just need to sit down and draw them up on the computor and and my cousine should be able to machine them for me
