I am having issues with my rear pass door... it won't open from the inside or outside. It'll lock and unlock and sometimes when it's unlocked and I try to open from the inside the lock will lock when I let go of the handle. Any ideas?

Remove the interior door handle and manually manipulate the rods.
If you get no action from the manual manipulation then remove your rear seat (seat bottom atleast for a little more working room) and then also remove the door panel and try to see if the rods are actually doing their job.
If your sure the latch is unlocked and your sure the lever on the latch is "opening" the door then you can proceed to assist the door in opening from the inside your both your feet pushing against or flat out kicking the door.
Pulling on the door handle from the outside with a stuck door can easily turn into the door handle getting ripped off - thats why propose the inside-out method

Take off your interior door panel (it's just a few screws). It's possible that the clip that holds the door actuator rod to the handle has broken off, and you'll need to replace it in order to get the door to open again. The same thing happened to my '02 Grand Cherokee WJ's front driver's door. I ended up having to replace the entire front driver's interior door panel because the hole that the actuator rod went into cracked, and the rod wouldn't stay in the hole. Hopefully that's not the case with yours, and it's just your actuator clip that "swings" up and away from the hole to hold the actuator in place.
