door wont align properly??

im assuming he took the bolts out. I always try and cut the bottom of the hinge without taking the bolts out, they can be stubborn. Getting them to align just takes a lot of playing and some serious pactience (12pack never hurt anyone either)

better try a 24pack then.
I switch all for doors on my 92 to 01 doors. It probably took me a good 2hrs a piece to align. Got the back 2 sett a sealed good. drivers door was good but must of settled or something causes now it leaks a little air. pass door has been a work in progress.
Now we know why body shops have such high prices. gaps are tough to get right

One of the WORST features of the Cherokees..The stupid way the doors can move up and down or side to side on the mounting bolts! What was the purpose for that? If the bolts were set at one spot there would be no need to line the doors up. Just put the bolts in the holes and it would be where it`s suppose to be. The 2-door one seems worse as the doors are so long.
